Bread Pudding

Leftover bread should not be wasted so I make it into bread pudding. A delicious snack for everyone!

Ingredients:
5  cups cubed bread
1 1/2 cups  milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs ( lightly beaten)
2 tablespoons vanilla flavor
1/2 teaspoon oregano flakes

Procedure:
1.Soak the bread with milk for few minutes,  then combine all the ingredients.
2. Mix well with your hands and then pour in a greases baking pan. Chill for 30 minutes before baking
3. Preheat the oven then bake the pudding mixture at 180C for 45 minutes or until done.
Serve with coffee or tea.

Don't waste food!! It's part of God's blessings. Learn to recycle the leftovers.

  6. I have no oregano, only parsley flakes(not using). And milk frozen, I will just use butter pecan ice cream melted instead. Be easier than digging in the freezer. I wish it will be delicious!
