Boombastic Chicken Wings Adobo
1/2 kilo chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
5 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed peppercorn (pamintang durog)
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1. Saute the garlic
2. Add the chicken wings then simmer for few minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce then cover it and simmer, until the chicken meat darkens with the soy sauce. Mix it well
4. Put the rest of the ingredients, cover well, and simmer for few minutes
5. Stirring occasionally until it is done.
6. Serve with rice.
