Breaded Pork Chop

One of my favorite pork chop dishes during my younger years, just reminiscing how my Nana cooked this for my "baon". Simple but delicious.

Ingredients:
3  pork chops
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 lime or 3 calamansi
1/2 teaspoon pork powder
1 beaten egg
1 cup bread crumbs

Procedure:
1. Marinate the pork chop with the soy sauce, lime juice and pork powder for 15 minutes.

2. After 15 minutes remove the pork chop from marinating sauce then put in the beaten egg and roll over the bread crumbs, then deep fry until done.

3. Serve it hot.
