Fried Tilapia Fillet

Tender and juicy fried Tilapia fillet, that goes well with different vegetables. It will surely boost your appetite in eating :).

2 tilapia
2 calamansi
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons flour
1 egg beaten

1. Clean the fish and wash well. Remove the bones and cut into fillets.
2. Squeeze with calamansi and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Dip in the beaten egg, then roll over the flour.
4. Deep fry until cooked, then serve it.
