One of my favorite vegetables is squash, because it is not only delicious it is also nutritious. I cooked this for my foreign visitors and they liked it. Try this recipe.
1/2 kilo squash
1/4 kilo ground beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1.Saute the garlic thn add the ground beef and simmer until the pinkish color of the meat is gone.
2.Add the squash and soy sauce then simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add the water, salt and pepper to taste, let boil, then stir occasionally until cooked.
4. Serve it hot.
