    Chicken Broccoli

This is one of my favorite dishes, I used chicken breast because it is the healthiest part of the chicken, try this dish and experience a healthy eating experience.

    Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
    400 grams broccoli
300 grams chicken breast ( cut into bite size)
    1 onion
    3 tablespoons oyster sauce
    3 cloves garlic
    bell pepper ( optional)
    1/2 cup water

    Procedure:
1.Saute the garlic and onion then add the chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
    2. Add the water then bring to a boil.
    3. Increase the heat then add the broccoli then simmer and stir for few minutes.
    4. Add the oyster sauce and simmer until cooked.
    5. Garnish with bell pepper then serve it hot.

    10. butter po ang ipanggisa ninyo, wag maglagay ng maraming sabaw para maretain ang natural na lasa ng niluluto, gumamit ng sapat na bawang at sibuyas sa pagigisa and use the freshest ingredients.

    11. Can I use Soy sauce instead of oyster?

      1. yes but you need to add a little sugar and use a little cornstarch because soy sauce is not as thick as oyster sauce, and oyster sauce tastes better.
