    Taho


    One of the best snack that I always want to have, yummy!
    Ingredients
    1/2 kilo soft tofu
    1 cup cooked sago
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    3 1/2 cups water
    Soft Tofu

     Procedure
    1. In a pan put the water and sugar and bring to boil until it will became brine ( arnibal).

    2.Spoon the soft tofu and put in a serving glass or bowl, put with sago and arnibal then serve.

      1. 15-20 minutes, minsan depende gaano kainit ang apoy mo, para maganda ang resulta una ecaramelized mo muna ang asukal pagcaramelized na saka mo lagyan ng tubig. Dapat secret ko yan pero sinabi ko na sa iyo hahahahahaha

      1. Pwedeng initin pwedeng hindi, sa akin di ko na ininit kasi mainit naman ang arnibal, pero mas super lambot sya kung initin mo ang soft tofu.

    8. Thanks for the recipe. I was just wondering, paano ba ang tamang pagluto ng sago? Madalas kasi matigas ang kinakalabasan. And, is soft tofu different from silken tofu? Thanks again for the great recipes!

    10. Ako yun ginagawa ko sa arnibal kahit sa leche flan na caramelize ko muna then lagyan ng tubig mas maganda ang resulta mas refined sia.
