    Chicken Lumpia

    Simple and economical dish that is good for all occasions.

    1/2 kilo ground chicken
    40 spring roll wrappers
    1 onion/spring onion ( minced)
    4 cloves garlic ( minced)
    1 medium size carrot ( minced)
    2 medium size potatoes ( minced)
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup flour
    salt and pepper to tatse

    1. Mix all the ingredients except for the wrapper.
    2. In a wrapper put the meat mixture then wrap it properly
    3. After wrapping, heat the oil and deep fry the lumpia until golden brown ( fry in a moderate heat so that the meat inside will be cooked gradually and to avoid burning the wrapper).
    4. Serve it with your favorite sauce.

    4. Ang flour ay nagsisilbing extender at binder ng lumpia. maari itong hindi isama kung di mo ibig.

    5. Ung wrapper po b ka gumagawa?mas gusto gamitin tulad ng wrapper n ginagamit mo.

      1. hindi po ako gumagawa binibili ko lang po.
