 It's raining today that's why I  cooked this macaroni soup, so that my friends and I will have something to share while we can not go outside. Actually I only have around 100 grams of macaroni and 120 grams of spiral macaroni so I just combined the two so that I can make a soup that is sufficient for us.

Ingredients for 10-12 servings:
1/4 kilo macaroni
1/4 kilo any meat of your choice
2 cups fresh or evaporated milk
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (minced)
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1 litre water
salt and pepper to taste

1. Saute garlic and onion then add the meat, salt and pepper,  simmer for few minutes.
2. Add the macaroni and saute for a minute, then add water and bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
3.Add the carrot and bell pepper then simmer until cooked.
4. Add the milk and spring onion then let it boil once and turn off the heat and serve.
