  7. I love nachos dipped in Guacamole, yes nachos and Guacamole pretty hard to resist.
Guacamole is a vegetable spread or butter totally raw and fresh.
This is very mexican but as filipino i love this so much. thank goodness its avocado season in the Philippines. Follow this simple recipe to enjoy your chips and guacamole.

    Ingredients:
    Nachos
    3 Medium Sized Avocados
    2 Large White Onions
    3 Large Red Tomatoes
    1 stalk of cilantro
    2 pieces of green chili
2 pieces of red chili or jalapeño
salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Simple Procedures:
    1. mince or cut the tomatoes and onions in tiny cubes.
    2. mince the cilantro about the size of the chopped tomatoes and onions.
    3. thinly slice both the green and red chili.
    4. In a large bowl mash the avocado into very fine texture. do not liquefy or osterize just mash the avocado. keep the avocado seeds in the mashed avocado to retain in green color or avoid turning its color green to ugly black.
    5. place all the rest of the minced ingredients in the bowl together with the avocado.
    6. Combine all the ingredients to evenly distribute them in the bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Presto it is ready to serve with your favorite chips, nachos are preferable.

    Tips:
Remove only the avocado seed if guacamole is ready to serve. Keep the avocado seed in tact with the mixture to avoid turning the avocado color from green to ugly black. The seed keeps the fresh green color if guacamole is chilled in the fridge before serving. Voila! Enjoy this healthy treat!

  9. Yesterday before heading to TG, I was thinking what food to bring. I ended up checking your blog site, and since I still have some chicken (thigh part) in the fridge I looked for a chicken recipe, then I decided to cook Chicken Caldereta. I just added cheese so that it will be more creamy. Thank you for sharing your recipes sis. Big help indeed. And just a heads up, it was my first time cooking such dish, but it didn't look like it was made by a first timer, they all loved it. LOL! Two thumbs up to your blog! More power! :)
